Choose to Praise – your Lion Bites word for today
What are you facing today that seems as if there is no way out? Hear the Spirit of God whisper to you, ‘It is time for you to praise me, regardless of how you feel, regardless of if you want to. Praise me despite your weakness, your fear, your doubt and your despair for I am the Lord.’
Be reminded today that He is forever faithful. He doesn’t have bad days. Will you praise Him no matter the circumstances? Choosing to respond with praise will enable us to go on in His strength. Choose today to focus on the unfathomable, unchanging God whose name is Yahweh.
Habakkuk 3:17-19
Though the fig tree may not blossom, nor the fruit be on the vines; Though the labour of the olive may fail, and the fields yield no food; though the flock may be cut off from the fold, and there be no herd in the stalls, yet I will rejoice in the Lord, I will joy in the Lord of my salvation. The Lord God is my strength; He will make my feet like deer’s feet, and he will make me walk on my high hills.
