Hebrews 4:15
For we do not have a High Priest who is unable to sympathize and understand our weaknesses and temptations, but One who has been tempted [knowing exactly how it feels to be human] in every respect as we are, yet without [committing any] sin.
I am the God who understands. I will never leave you or forsake you. I have been and seen and conquered every eventuality. There are no surprises to me and no darkness without my ability to penetrate. I have a plan for your pain, not because I caused it but because I created every antidote. There is a kingdom response for every burden that I bare when you give it to me, so let me take it.
Let me fight the fight while you rest in my peace. Close your eyes to the world and let me open them to me in a greater measure. Let me refine the oil of your experiences. Cast the whole of your cares upon me (1 Peter 5: 7). Let me hold and shape and beautify the clay you give me to hold. I have a blueprint for my life in you. Let us decorate and furnish together, but let me build on my foundation in you.
