No more plateau! –  your Lion Bites word for today

This is not a go slow or a standstill season for the people of God; in fact, these are days of progress, advance, and of taking territory. God is anointing you with grace to take ground and move forward into some long-awaited dreams and promises.

Many have felt like the people of God in Ezra; there was a buzz of progress and excitement around a building project, but a plateauing came. That which was meant to be built went on pause, dreams you thought you’d pursue never seemed to materialise and decisions you expected to make never came back around. Yet, just like God raised up prophetic voices to break the plateauing and release building in Ezra’s day, He is coming with revelation to speak to you personally and break you out and into actively moving forward.

Shake off slumber! Shake off weariness! Tear the plateauing off from your feet and declare ‘I am moving forward, I am making the right decisions, I am making progress!’ Start to actively pursue again that which stopped or never seemed to go anywhere and be amazed as this time, you see breakthrough.

So the elders of the Jews continued to build and prosper under the preaching of Haggai the prophet and Zechariah, a descendant of Iddo. They finished building the temple according to the command of the God of Israel and the decrees of Cyrus, Darius and Artaxerxes, kings of Persia.
