Tooooo Glory –  your Lion Bites word for today

Have you ever struggled to find a word in conversation, you know what it is yet can seem to get it out? You may describe this word as being ‘on the tip of your tongue’. It can be frustrating, especially when you discover what it is and it seems so obvious. The next move of God in your life feels a little like this to describe; you can feel it, sense it and almost see it but you can’t find the words to articulate what’s going on. You’re in the ‘tooooo’ part of going from ‘glory to glory.’

Do not despise this. It’s easy to celebrate when we’re in the glory part, but the journey to get you to the next level is often not enjoyable. But the Lord says to you ‘I do more in your ‘tooooo’ than you think. It’s in this place that you learn another level of obedience, it’s here that relying on me becomes real. You have to go through this adventure to be trusted with the next level of Glory.’

Don’t despise your ‘tooooo’ instead, celebrate it. Tell God that you are thankful He is taking you on this adventure. It’s a place of change, of trusting in God and leaning into Him. You get to interact with God here in ways that you don’t in the ‘glory’ part, so enjoy it.
