Love came down at Christmas –  your Lion Bites word for today

At this busy time, it is so easy to miss the real reason for Christmas – Jesus Christ.

Father God reminds us, ‘I sent the Son, embodying the fullness of love, to come down and reconcile this world to me.

You were lost, but not to me.

I sent the Son to show how much I love you and to bring peace, joy and reconciliation… not just at this time but forever.’

So, as you give and receive gifts, pause and remember the greatest: the gift of the Son, who is here always, not just for one day or a special season. Receive Him.
