Ascending Jacob’s Ladder – your Lion Bites word for today

Genesis 28:10-12
Jacob left Beersheba and set out for Harran. When he reached a certain place, he stopped for the night because the sun had set. Taking one of the stones there, he put it under his head and lay down to sleep. He had a dream in which he saw a stairway resting on the earth, with its top reaching to heaven, and the angels of God were ascending and descending on it.

The Lord is encouraging you to ascend the ladder that Jacob saw at Bethel. You may be struggling with things in the earthly realm. For example – difficult relationships, unsolved problems or delays in your life.

Seek the Lord eagerly and push through into a greater revelation of Him. Pursue the presence of the Holy Spirit. Be ready and expectant for God to pull you up into heavenly places, beyond where the enemy interferes and where he cannot enter. Pray with a ‘heaven on earth’ attitude and you will see God resolve and give you victory over the issues you face in the earthly, natural realm.

As you pray in the Spirit with a heavenly perspective you will soon see the answer to what were seemingly unsolvable battles on earth.
