Where for a long time you have been persevering and seeking God for fruit in your life: of patience, of compassion and of love, know that your fruit is ripening and you will see it emerge.
You’ve walked through some challenging circumstances but those who learn to draw on God rather than look to themselves – who make the Lord their source – He will continue, faithfully, to fill with His Spirit.
He calls you to continue to dwell in intimacy with Him, to always have your roots planted deeply in Him. He is faithful to plant you beside a river that will constantly flow with fresh water, so that you can continually draw on Him. He is faithful to complete this work He has begun in you.
Always keep your eyes on Him, always remember that without Him nothing of true worth can grow but in Him there is abundance. Thank Him in everything and give Him praise for His good work in you!
Philippians 1:6
…being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.
