Are you ready? – your Lion Bites word for today

I hear the Lord ask:
‘Are you ready?’
‘Are you prepared?’
‘Are you ready to receive your orders?’

You are in an army – do you know your position and do you know your role? Are your weapons ready? You have been trained and taught discipline and you have the spiritual armaments that you need. Now, get ready to use them. 

Jesus has already won the war, but you must continue to win the battles: the battle for your mind; the battle for your family; the battle for those you love. And fight on behalf of those who don’t yet know the Lord, their Saviour. Take the ground and then keep the ground – you have the victory. The Holy Spirit will give you strategies from heaven. Go up to His war room in prayer so that you can get the specific strategy for your battle.

And He reminds us: ‘I the Lord am the victorious one.’

Deuteronomy 20:1
When you go out to battle against your enemies and see horses and chariots and people more numerous than you, do not be afraid of them; for the Lord your God, who brought you up from the land of Egypt, is with you.
